Overview

These terms will govern use of Valyra Audio websites, downloads, demos and purchases. Final company details and governing law must be inserted before launch.

Purchases

Purchases are intended to be processed by a merchant of record. Checkout, tax, VAT, invoices, refunds and payment security are handled by that provider.

Software

Software use is also governed by the EULA. Demo limitations and final license terms are pending product release details.
